Directions:

In Anacortes, drive N on Commercial Ave. Turn R on 4th St for 0.5 mi to a R fork and wind up hill to parking on top. Two outcrops are found on E and S side of Cap Sante Point.

Notes:

Loose, frictiony slabs. Things to do: San Juan Island sea kayaking, whale watching (June), whale museum Friday Harbor, and San Juan Island kickin' around. Things not to do: wrestle a whale, fire multiple rounds at sea kayakers, or detonate atomic warhead.
